What is SANTA ROSA JÁUREGUI like? - サンタ・ローザ ・ハウレギの紹介

SANTA ROSA JÁUREGUI  is the place where our team needs to create the marketing and communication strategy for tourism. Our office is also there.

It is famous for Carnitas. Carnitas is deep flied pork. For our research, we tried it for our lunch.

「こんなの食べてたらプロジェクトの終わり頃には太っちゃう」と言ったら、メキシコ人のコーディネーターから「メキシコに来たらみんな太って帰るものなのよ〜」と肯定されてしまいました。

さあ、これからどうなることやら。

There are many ways to eat Carnitas, but this is the way in which we had it today.

Salsa was a little spicy, but the taste was very good.

Inside of the church is very beautiful.

Unfortunately, we could not get internet connections in the office, so we went back to our hotel after lunch.

The hotel has meeting rooms in the business center.

We will have design thinking work shops with our stakeholders in next week. For our preparation, we went through a design thinking work shop by ourselves and our translator. Our translator is a also tour guide, so we are very lucky to have him in our team.
