Flexibility Required

It has been for 2 weeks since I came here. Time goes by so fast !!

I thought I did understand the Mexican culture well; however, sometimes it is challenging.

We had prepared for Design Thinking Workshops, and we even had tried going through all processes by ourselves.
However, it was too difficult to get our stakeholders' appointments for 2-day-workshop. We might require too much commitment for them.

Instead of 2-day-workshop, we decided to have interviews with them each by each.

Actually, it went very well !
We have not reached any conclusion yet, but at least we could get several comments and also confirm our ideas.

In this week, our team will work on our final presentation.
